My passion for photography began with photographing nature. It is the foundation upon which all the other forms of photography I do today was built. I have always found the natural world to be a flawless and beautiful place. For as long as I can remember, it has been the elixir I turn to, whenever I feel the need to rejuvenate and get away from it all.

As much as I loved it, I realized paying the bills, as a nature photographer, was a feat very few photographers have ever been able to accomplish. If I was going to make a living doing what I love to do, I would need to expand my horizons to include other services, like people photography. So, I stepped outside my natural self a bit and began photographing weddings and other events, headshots and other portraits. Through it all, you could find me on the trails, poking around with my camera every chance I had.
Through the years, I’ve compiled hundreds of what I deem to be noteworthy landscapes and close-ups of nature. Many of the images contained within these galleries are from southern Arizona, where I now live, some are from New England, where I began, and a few are from other states I’ve visited. Within these galleries are some of my personal favorites that I hope will soothe your eyes and vitalize your spirit, if only for a moment. Enjoy!
NOTE: My Nature Galleries are in their early developmental stages. In my spare time, I have to sort through several hard drives, filter through a myriad of folders, select the images I want to include, then resize, watermark and provide some sort of description of each. This will undoubtedly take some time to do, but you can expect to see many images incorporated into these and other galleries in the months and years ahead.
